Sam Moore is Managing Partner at Caytons and specialises in professional indemnity claims, policy coverage disputes and construction-related matters. He advises insurers and insureds across a broad range of disputes, from complex, high-value litigation through to day-to-day claims management.

Alongside his contentious practice, Sam advises on policy wordings, professional appointments, construction contracts and collateral warranties. His background as both a lawyer and former claims handler provides valuable insight into the commercial and practical challenges faced by insurers and policyholders alike.

Holly Gradwell
Partner

Holly Gradwell is a Partner at Caytons specialising in professional negligence, insurance disputes and professional indemnity matters. Before joining Caytons, she held roles within both the corporate insurance and Lloyd’s markets, later joining the firm’s claims team before moving into legal practice.

She advises insurers and insureds on contentious claims, policy coverage matters and regulatory investigations, with particular experience acting for solicitors and construction professionals. Her background across claims, insurance and legal disciplines allows her to bring a well-rounded perspective to complex disputes.
