Navigating Change: Market Injury Claims Update with Andrew Sewell

In an important update for the personal injury insurance sector, the Government recently announced that injuries which occur on or after 31 May will be subject to a 15% inflationary increase to the whiplash tariff, while claims submitted on or after 6 April that involve injuries suffered in a Road Traffic Collision will incur a 25% increase to the cost of MedCo Fixed Cost Medical Reports. Andrew Sewell, Technical Director, explains what the increases mean for insurers.
